Accreditations

The Family Law Accreditation covers all types of family law work, except public law Children Act work, Members will have shown that they have and will maintain the required level of competence and knowledge, as defined by the Law Society, in the area of family law.

The Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation covers all types of children law work. Accredited members will have shown that they have achieved the required level of competence and knowledge, as defined by the Law Society in the area of children law and the representation of children.

The Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme Accreditation (WIQS) provides a best practice quality mark for wills and estate administration advice that consumers can trust.

The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership establishes a level of credibility for firms with stakeholders such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential homebuyers and sellers.

Resolution’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme has been developed to recognise members who have demonstrated excellence in the practice of family law and in the areas in which they specialise.
