Vacancy – Paralegal – Residential Property Department

Kidderminster Office

We are seeking to recruit a full time Paralegal for the Residential Conveyancing Department, based at our Kidderminster Office. The role will involve working for a Fee Earner who deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing Sales and Purchases. The successful candidate must demonstrate passion and previous experience dealing with conveyancing transactions.

Typing skills are essential as is experience and the ability to deal with clients and update them on their transaction. An empathetic approach when dealing with clients is required.

Office Hours are 9.00 am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.

The salary for the role will be based on the current market rate.

Holiday entitlement is 23 days per annum plus Bank Holidays and specified firm holidays.
