Catherine joined Painters in June 2024 and brings with her a wealth of litigation experience having practiced in Birmingham, Redditch, Hereford and Worcester. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2008, has a commercial mind and solution driven approach. Her specialisms include debt recovery, contract disputes, professional negligence, landlord & tenant and boundary disputes.
Catherine has a strong focus on alternative dispute resolution and beyond the law has skills in credit risk, finance, project management, compliance and business development. She has worked with high street banks, international construction companies, utility companies, manufacturing & logistics firms, sole traders and individuals.
In her free time, you may find her at the roller disco, reading an autobiography or practising pilates. Catherine relishes the challenge of running 10k races and enjoys long walks with her dog, Barbara.
