David joined the Private Client Team at Painters in August 2024 having practiced in the specialism for many years in the West Midlands and surrounding counties. He obtained his legal qualifications at the University of Wolverhampton and qualified as a solicitor with a Birmingham firm in 2005.
David has considerable knowledge and experience in all Private client matters and advises clients on their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, assisting the executors and family in the administration of estates and helping families plan and organise their estates to protect them for themselves and future generations.
David has experience in advising farming families and business owners so that their assets can pass using the reliefs available to mitigate Inheritance Tax.
A long-time local to Kidderminster and it’s surrounds, David enjoys exploring the wonderful countryside of the area and plays for the Bewdley Institute in the Severn Valley Pétanque League.
