Pam joined Painters as a Senior Associate Solicitor in January 2023. Pam has a broad range of Dispute resolution experience of nearly 25 years including property disputes. She specialises in Will disputes, Inheritance Act Claims for both Claimants and Defendants, trustee disputes, claims against executors, estates and beneficiaries, interpretation and construction of a Will and other contentious probate matters. Pam has experience dealing with complex estates and has settled numerous matters by way of negotiations and Mediation.
Pam feels personal satisfaction from achieving successful results for her clients. She takes pragmatic approach to understand the clients' legal position, their circumstances and give them practical, cost-effective advice on crucial decisions.
She is experienced in both the Chancery and Contentious trusts and probate work. Pam is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
Pam is also a Notary Public who attest documents such as Power of Attorney, certify your ID and degrees for abroad.
Pam is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu languages.
In her spare time, Pam organises large scale charity events helping raise much needed funds for charity. Pam has also held legal talk shows/ surgeries on Raaj FM and Radio XL for many years. Pam also enjoys doing yoga, travelling, experiencing different cultures and meeting new people.
