Legal Fees
Legal Fees is the amount you will be required to pay for all of the work performed by us in actioning your instructions, from the commencement of your case to conclusion.
Freehold Sale
Our average standard legal fee for a residential freehold property sale is from £750.00 – £1,600 plus VAT (£900.00 – £1,920.00 Inc. VAT) for properties up to the value of £1,000,000.00.
Our fees cover all of the work required to complete the purchase of your new home, including dealing with registration at the Land Registry and dealing with the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (Stamp Duty) if the property is in England, or Land Transaction Tax (Land Tax) if the property you wish to buy is in Wales.
